The Different Types Of Denim Jeans

There are a few different types of denim jeans available on the market, and each has its own unique benefits and drawbacks. 

For starters, there are low-rise jeans (also known as "bellybutton" jeans), which have a very low waistline and typically hit just below the hipbone. They're great for those with smaller frames or who want to show off their waistline, but they can be difficult to wear with a lot of tops due to their low coverage. 

Then there are straight-leg denim jeans for women, which are designed to be worn without any kind of belt or cinching around the waist. They tend to be more forgiving if you're not used to wearing fitted clothing, but they also don't offer as much coverage down below.

Next up are high-rise jeans, which have a higher waistline and hang more loosely around the hips. They're generally considered to be more versatile overall, as they can be worn with more tops and dresses without being too tight or revealing. 

Finally, there are bootcut jeans (also known as “bootcut” jeans), which have a wider leg opening that makes them look slimmer through the leg and ankle area. They're typically considered the most versatile type of denim because they look good with anything from an all-black ensemble to a colorful summer dress.
